I'm grateful for the time I've spent here. It took me a while to get back on my feet. Once I was things began to move in a good direction. Today I'm happy to say I'm going to my new apartment being discharged from Broadview Multi Care. I'm forever grateful to everyone who helped me on this journey. I made some lasting memories and acquired some really great friends. Thank you all for standing behind me!! I'll never forget my time spent here.

Used Broadview around 10 yrs ago, was so happy with my care that this past yr I asked to come back after losing my leg to Diabetes. Great Nursing staff, and wonderful Therapists.

I was a patient at Broadview multi-care center 2 different times in 1 year. I had my left knee replaced in November and my right new replaced in May the following year. The staff was wonderful and always there to help me when I needed it. The physical and occupational therapists were the best. They pushed me every day to work harder and become stronger so I could return home to my normal life. I would definitely recommend Broadview Multi-Care Center to anyone looking for skilled Nursing care.

I spent nearly 3 weeks here for rehabilitation after having respiratory problems. I was in the hospital for a couple weeks and came here barely able to stand. The nurses, therapy, aids and all the staff were great. They are all very knowledgeable, hard working and caring people. My stay there was pleasant and I felt very safe there. My call light was always answered with quickness. The therapy department works you hard to get to you back on your feet. The facility was always kept very clean. They are constantly mopping and buffing the floors, sanitizing surfaces and emptying waste baskets. The food for the most part was decent. I was on a low sodium low fat diet so my meals were sometimes different than someone on a regular diet. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and well maintained. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone in need of rehabilitation. Thank you Broadview Multicare for getting me back on my feet and home again! Sincerely, Dave

I have no complaints except 1 it is the 3rd shift they are getting paid to do nothing. They don't check on the patients like they are suppose too. Then they get upset if the patient is soiled themselves. Or just leave it up to the 1st shift girls to deal with. But the 1st & 2nd shift don't complain about taking care about the patients. All of the sna's & the nurses on 1st & 2nd shift are the BEST.

Every one who wants to complain about the care their loved one is given should take them home and care for them. I've worked for too many families who want to complain but won't take care of their own. If my mother hated a facility she sure wouldn't be there, she would be with me.
