Have been going here for 4 yr. Dr Ibrahim is a very nice person. And the Staff is always polite. Would recommend to anyone in need of help.

The Nord Center does a fairly good job in providing counseling services and everything related to it. They have people available to help outside of normal business hours which is helpful for scheduling appointments. That said, do not use their pharmacy if you are able to do so. I have to use their pharmacy to receive my medication and every single time I need to pick up or refill a prescription, there is always an issue. The system they use must not be connected to the system everyone else in the building uses because they constantly have no record of things that are easily accessible by everyone else in the building. It frustrating because I shouldn't have to feel like I'm jumping through hoops to try and get something that I have been told I'm receiving. tl;dr Counseling services are great, but stay far away from their pharmacy.

Regardless of negative feedback. The Nord Center is a great place to get yourself back on track. I have been going to this place for years and throughout my teen years into my 30s now I have seen many nurses, counselors, and psychiatrist. They are well qualified and if you are honest with EVERYTHING they will help you and it will work for you!!

A life saving facility for me. There is a long get in time because of doctors retiring, leaving. Love my therapist, Gina. All the staff are very helpful and caring. They need you somehow get doctors to stay so they don't have to rely on video conference sessions. Not for me at all. I needed real face time. But they do great work there.
